A packaging partner you can build on

For device developers

The trusted partner for complex device integration

Developing an active implantable device? The packaging can make or break it. We partner with startups, research teams and established manufacturers to protect the electronics inside — and to scale it reliably. You bring the device; we bring the packaging expertise.

De-risk early

We surface the hard packaging questions up front — so you commit resources with confidence, not hope.

An extension of your team

We work alongside your engineers, shaping the package around your device — its geometry, components and constraints.

One partner, end to end

From first feasibility to dependable series supply, you work with the same team that knows your device.

Honest guidance

If glass isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so. Clear commitments, no over-promising.

Why glass

A better barrier for modern implants

Conventional metal-and-ceramic packaging is proven, but it is bulky and can block wireless and optical signals. Glass removes those constraints — which is exactly what smaller, smarter devices need.

Miniaturization

Thin, compact hermetic seals let you shrink the device — enabling smaller, less invasive implants.

Signal transparency

Glass passes radio frequency and light, so telemetry, wireless charging and optical sensing work through the package.

Biocompatible material

Glass is a stable, well-understood material with a long track record of use in and around the body.

Hermetic integrity

A true hermetic barrier, designed to keep moisture out and protect the electronics over the device's intended life.

The technology

Bonding glass with light

At the heart of what we do is the ability to bond glass using focused laser energy — joining glass to glass, and glass to other materials, without adhesives or intermediate layers. Because the bond forms locally and at low overall temperature, sensitive electronics can sit right next to the seal without being damaged by heat. The result is a compact, hermetic enclosure with a clean, direct material bond.

Working with you

What we bring to your project

Glass-based hermetic packaging

Our core technology: durable hermetic enclosures that protect implantable electronics while staying small and signal-transparent.

Room-temperature laser bonding

We bond glass with focused laser energy — without adhesives, solders or intermediate layers, and without the heat that would damage sensitive components nearby.

Design & engineering support

We work alongside your team to shape the package around your device — its geometry, its components and its constraints — not the other way around.

Development & prototyping

From first feasibility to representative prototypes, we iterate quickly and document the process as we go.

Series manufacturing

Reliable, repeatable production — with the capacity to keep supplying dependably after your device reaches the market.

Hermeticity & quality testing

Established test methods, including hermeticity testing, verify that what we ship meets the agreed specification.
